  • No-shows may be charged in full

6. Property Rules & Security Deposits

  • Security deposits may be required and refunded after inspection
  • Any damages, missing items, or violations may be deducted from the deposit

7. Limitation of Liability

Nest & Rest is not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Delays caused by force majeure events
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control

8. Termination of Stay

We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if house rules or local laws are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
